Goods returned to CEAC for repair, swap or credit note require a RMA-Number (RMA = Return Merchandise Authorization). Shipments to Umax without a RMA-Number will be rejected and returned to sender.

Apply for a RMA Number:

	in English for GB residents (no Northern Ireland)
	in English for EU (non GB) residents (incl. Northern Ireland)
	in Italian for EU (non German) residents
	in German for EU (non German) residents
	in German for German residents
	in French for selected countries
